We ran the plant floor.
Now we build the software.
Order intake, route optimization, AI call answering, and analytics dashboards, ERP integration and replacement, and more for commercial food & beverage manufacturers — roughly $20M to $500M, running their own trucks, with a software stack that doesn't talk to itself.

Walking the floor — not exhibiting.
Our founder spent ten years involved in operations at Anthony & Sons Bakery — a commercial manufacturer whose frozen program ships across 30-plus states on a fleet of 50-plus DSD routes — then years engineering software at YC-backed startups. We build for food manufacturers because we've seen the operators struggling with recurring issues for years that could've been solved with engineering solutions.
You already know where it hurts.
Orders still come in by phone, fax, and email.
Your CSRs spend half the day retyping voicemails and PDFs into the system. Every transcription slip is a credit, a short, or a buyer who calls the competition next week.
Trucks get routed by memory.
The same routes have run since before the last two drivers were hired, and nobody's re-optimized since fuel doubled. The margin leaks out every Monday morning.
Sales, ordering, and the trucks don't talk.
The reps work in one tool, the warehouse in another, dispatch in a third. Reconciling the three is somebody's entire job — and it's still wrong by Friday.
Simple questions take two days to answer.
Why was Tuesday's fill rate down? Nobody knows until an analyst pulls a report — by which point it's Thursday and the answer doesn't matter anymore.
A few things we've built — and we build the rest too.
These are examples, not a menu. They're the workflows we hear about most — but if the headache is inventory, lot tracing, EDI, labor scheduling, or something only your plant has, we build that too. Tell us where it hurts and we'll build the part you actually need.
Online Ordering Portal
Your grocery and foodservice buyers place and repeat standing orders around the clock — from their phone, at 5 a.m., without calling anyone. Phone, fax, and email volume drops the week it goes live.
Online Ordering System, Optional AI Phone Order Capture
We build custom ordering systems designed to improve your customers' experience. Order scheduling, recommendations for upselling, order history. Optional AI Phone ordering can still answer the phone, for old school pizza guys.
Route & Fleet Optimization
Daily route re-optimization, mobile proof-of-delivery in the driver's hand, and live ETAs for the office. Built to ride on top of the DSD fleet you already run — not to rip it out.
Unified CRM + Operations Dashboard
Sales, customer service, ordering, and logistics in one view. Ask it a plain-English question — “why was Tuesday's fill rate down?” — and get the answer before the morning meeting instead of after it.
Commercial bakeries, deli and prepared-food makers, and specialty cheese & dairy producers — roughly $20M to $500M in revenue. If you run your own trucks, take orders from regional grocers and distributors, and have outgrown QuickBooks but can't justify ripping in SAP — you're who we built this for.
We don't sell shrink-wrapped software. We embed.
- 01
We don't replace your ERP. We make it usable.
Aptean, Sage, Infor, JustFood, NetSuite, BatchMaster — whatever's your system of record stays your system of record. We build the order-intake, routing, and visibility layer that sits on top and finally makes the daily workflow bearable.
- 02
We embed first, then we build.
Thirty to sixty days learning your actual workflow — the standing orders, the will-calls, the Monday rush — before we write the parts you need. No 18-month enterprise rollout, no seven-figure license.
- 03
Built by operators, shipped by engineers.
We've lived the 4 a.m. production schedule and the order desk drowning in voicemails. We also ship production software. That combination is rarer than it should be — and it's the whole reason this exists.
Two floors, one conversation.
We're walking the floor, not exhibiting. If you run operations at a mid-market manufacturer, we want fifteen minutes.
Our home turf. Same deal — find us on the floor, or set a time before you go.
Tell us where it actually hurts.
The founder reads every note and replies the same day — with a real next step or an honest “we're not the right fit.” Faster yet: pick up the phone.

- Do you replace our ERP?
- up to you. We can. We build the ordering, routing, and operations-visibility layer and integrate with what you already run — Aptean, Sage, Infor, JustFood, NetSuite, BatchMaster, or a pile of spreadsheets. Or we can run the entire operation.
- What size manufacturer is this built for?
- Roughly $20M to $500M in revenue — big enough to feel the order-entry and routing pain, too small to justify an enterprise SAP rollout. Commercial bakeries, deli and prepared foods, and specialty cheese and dairy especially.
- Are you really at both shows this month?
- Yes — IDDBA in Orlando (June 7-9) and the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York (June 28-30). We're not exhibiting; we're there to meet operators. Call or send a note and we'll find you on the floor.
- We're not in New York. Can you still work with us?
- We're headquartered in New York City and on-site across the tri-state metro area. For manufacturers elsewhere in the U.S. we can be on-site, for discovery and cutovers — travel quoted separately.
