Service Area: NYC, Northern NJ & Remote U.S.
Headquartered in New York City — onsite same-week across all five boroughs. We're in Northern New Jersey roughly twice a week, covering Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Union counties for scheduled in-person work. U.S. clients elsewhere via remote engagement, with onsite visits where the work warrants them.
All five boroughs, same-week onsite.
New York City is where we're headquartered and where most of our in-person work happens — most engagements run in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with regular work in Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island as the engagements call for it. Same-day onsite available for managed-IT emergencies; kickoffs and working sessions scheduled in advance.
Manhattan
Where we're based and where most of our NYC engagements run — financial services, professional firms, SaaS startups, agencies. Same-day onsite for kickoffs, working sessions, security reviews.
Brooklyn
DUMBO, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Brooklyn Heights — a fair share of our SaaS, e-commerce, and creative-industry clients. Same-day onsite for kickoffs and major working sessions.
Queens
Long Island City, Astoria, Flushing. Operating businesses, light manufacturing, and family-run operations. Same-day onsite for managed IT and project work.
Bronx
Healthcare, education, and operating businesses. Same-day onsite for managed IT, security, and major project milestones.
Staten Island
Local operating businesses, professional firms, and family operations. Same-day onsite available for kickoffs and major project work; remote for routine engagements.
Twice a week, scheduled.
We're in Northern New Jersey roughly twice a week, covering Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Union counties for in-person work — managed IT visits, project kickoffs, security walkthroughs, and ERP cutovers. Major incidents and cutovers warrant travel outside our regular days; routine onsite work is scheduled around them. PATH-line proximity from Manhattan makes Hudson County in particular reachable on short notice when needed.
Bergen County
Closest county to NYC. Hackensack, Paramus, Englewood, Fort Lee, Ridgewood. Scheduled onsite on the days we're in-state for managed IT, custom software kickoffs, and security assessments.
Hudson County
Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Weehawken. Many of our financial-services and SaaS clients sit here. Scheduled onsite, with PATH-line proximity making short-notice trips easy when needed.
Essex County
Newark, Montclair, West Orange. Healthcare, professional services, and operating businesses with mixed-environment IT. Scheduled onsite on our in-state days.
Passaic County
Wayne, Clifton, Paterson. Light manufacturing and distribution clients. Scheduled onsite for cabling, network, ERP cutover, and shop-floor system work.
Morris County
Morristown, Parsippany, Madison. Established firms and corporate satellites. Scheduled onsite for managed IT and project kickoffs.
Union County
Summit, Westfield, Elizabeth. Professional firms and family operations. Scheduled onsite for kickoffs, security walkthroughs, and major project milestones.
Nationwide, async-friendly.
For U.S. clients outside the Tri-State, the same engagement model runs remotely. Custom software, cloud architecture, data engineering, and applied AI work are largely async by nature; we run video kickoffs, structured weekly check-ins, and travel for onsite visits when a project genuinely needs them. Most engagements outside the area find the in-person advantage matters most in the first two weeks of discovery — after which the work proceeds the same regardless of geography.
Managed IT and onsite cybersecurity engagements are the exception: those are best served local, and we'll tell you honestly when another firm in your area is the better choice.
In-person still wins.
Software work has trended remote for a decade, and most of it can be done that way. But there are specific moments where being able to sit at your conference table changes the outcome:
Discovery. The way work actually flows through your business is mostly in the heads of long-tenured employees. Walking the office, watching the real process, asking the dumb questions face-to-face — this surfaces constraints and exceptions that no Zoom call ever will.
Trust. The first hour at your conference table — meeting the people whose work we're going to change — is worth ten remote calls. Local clients tend to refer other local clients; that's not an accident.
Incidents and cutovers. When the new system goes live, when ransomware hits, when the ERP migration runs over a weekend — the engineer who can be on the floor matters in a way that's hard to manufacture through screen-sharing.
None of that means remote work doesn't work — it does. It means we charge for what we can deliver in person and keep the rest honest.
What we do, where.
Each of our nine services is available across the full service area. The local-versus-remote balance varies — managed IT and cybersecurity are heavily local; cloud, AI, and data engineering work is mostly remote. The detail pages explain the in-person vs. remote balance for each.
Common questions.
- Where exactly are you based?
- Headquartered in New York City. We're across the five boroughs same-week and routinely in Northern New Jersey roughly twice a week. Specific office address shared with active engagements; we don't list it publicly because it's not a walk-in storefront.
- Do you travel to client sites?
- Yes — the five boroughs of NYC and the Northern NJ counties listed above are our primary in-person locations area. Onsite work outside the Tri-State is available on request, scheduled in advance.
- Can you do onsite emergency support?
- For NYC managed-IT clients on the appropriate plan, yes — typically same-day during business hours, often within 90 minutes. For Northern NJ clients, same-day during the days we're routinely in-state; emergencies outside those days are handled remote-first with onsite dispatch where it's the right call. Out-of-area emergencies are remote-first.
- What if my office is in Connecticut, Long Island, or Westchester?
- We cover the broader Tri-State on a case-by-case basis. Stamford, White Plains, Long Island, and similar areas are typically reachable for kickoffs and major milestones. Routine work runs remote with periodic visits.
- Do you take clients outside the U.S.?
- Generally no. Our locations is U.S. clients only — both for compliance reasons and because we charge for our timezone overlap and U.S.-based staff. Exceptions are rare and require a real reason on both sides.
